Agentic AI

Agents that answer your clients, and agents that do the preparation

Two halves of one system. At the front, voice and chat that answer every inbound contact and hand off with the conversation attached. Behind them, process agents that collect, extract, reconcile and draft, each with a written scope, a named owner, a citation on every field, and a human gate before anything counts.

agents that talk to your clients

The front door answers, qualifies and books

Voice on the number you already publish, chat on your site and profile. In your firm's voice, against your criteria, into the calendar they are allowed to touch.

Voice

Answers every inbound call, day or night, before the caller dials the next firm. Identifies itself as the firm's intake line and offers a person on request.

  • Qualifies against your intake criteria and books a consultation
  • Warm transfer to a person with the conversation attached
  • Voicemail, text follow-up and calendar hold
  • Transcript filed against the client or borrower record

Chat and status

Sits on the website and the business profile. Answers what it is allowed to answer and escalates anything with dollar value or ambiguity.

  • What is missing, where to upload, where things stand, scheduling
  • Never advice: no tax position, no rate, no approval, no forecast
  • Matter or deal type captured and routed to an owner
  • Human handoff with the full history
agents that do the preparation

The work behind the front door

The same discipline applied inward. Each agent handles the routine majority of a process and escalates the ambiguous minority to a named person with the context attached. That is the only promise about agents that survives contact with a real firm.

Collect

The chase, done by a system that never forgets and never nags off-script.

  • Document chase: tracks required items, recognizes receipt, sends approved reminders, escalates
  • Client data requests across every recurring engagement
  • Borrower missing-item chase with a secure checklist

Extract and reconcile

Structured data out of messy documents, with the evidence to check it.

  • Classification and extraction with a source citation on every field
  • Confidence flags and unreadable-page flags for review
  • Exception-driven reconciliation prep: matching, duplicates, missing support, so staff review exceptions instead of every line

Draft

First drafts from approved data, never from the model's imagination.

  • Report-pack builder: narrative, KPI table and action list from approved figures
  • Variance narrative from defined drivers only
  • Credit memo first drafts and advisory meeting briefings

Watch

The things that should never depend on someone remembering.

  • Close orchestrator: dependencies, blockers, timers, escalation
  • Covenant and tickler monitoring with exception alerts
  • Cash and working-capital watch against triggers you define
  • Pipeline and turnaround analytics

Listen, install, govern

You are never handed a login and wished luck. Each phase ends with something running and a person accountable for it.

  1. 01

    Listen

We record how calls, documents, requests and follow-up actually run today, including the work nobody has written down and the tools people already use on their own.

  2. 02

    Install

Scripts and agents configured against your criteria and connected to your systems. Shadow mode first, on real work, before anything acts on its own.

  3. 03

    Govern

Owner assigned, scope written, permissions limited to a list, and a weekly review of every escalated case for the first month. Then the quarterly review.

Every agent action is logged, attributable and reversible

Each agent has a named human owner and a written scope saying what it may and may not touch. It retrieves from approved sources, returns structured output, carries confidence thresholds and rate limits, and holds no unrestricted financial transaction authority. Logs are exportable in full and any agent can be paused from one screen.

  • No model output becomes a credit decision or a decline reason
  • No tax position, attest conclusion or material journal entry without a qualified person
  • Transcripts and actions retained and exportable in full
questions we get

What partners ask before signing

Will callers know they are speaking to AI?

Yes. The agent identifies itself as the firm's intake line and offers a person on request. Disclosure is written into every script.

What is the difference between automation and an agent?

Automation follows a path you drew in advance and fails loudly when something unexpected happens. An agent decides its own path and can fail plausibly, producing a confident wrong answer instead of an error. Anthropic's guidance on building effective agents is to use the simplest thing that works, so we run deterministic automation as the plumbing and bring in agents only where a task genuinely requires reading, reasoning or drafting.

What is "a citation on every field"?

Every value an agent extracts carries a pointer to the page and line it came from, so a reviewer checks the source rather than re-doing the work. Extraction models omit content far more often than they invent it, which is why completeness checks are mandatory too.

What happens on an exception?

The agent stops at your criteria and escalates to the assigned person with everything captured so far. The escalation path is the design, not the fallback.

Do you replace our staff?

No. The agents cover the volume and the hours your staff cannot, and hand work to them with context attached. The people who sign for decisions still sign for them.

Who owns the data?

You do. Transcripts, records, documents and agent logs are exportable in full at any time, and nothing is used to train anyone's model.
